I was just thinking about how I haven’t lived up to the expectations I had for my future when I was younger…. I never did see myself as rich or famous. But I did think I’d have some decent job (whatever that was), have enough to support myself…never would have thought I’d end up moving back in with my folks….when I was an even younger kid, I had some grander illusions, like being a paleontologist, or Indiana Jones, or writing the great American novel…never would have thought I’d end up working minimum wage….

anyway, you have to see this video if you haven’t already! (not mine! I’m not nearly that clever. just passing it along)

Aww I understand pity parties..I used to have one quite regularly some time ago, but thankfully not much now. As the first commenter said….who needs all those pesky tabloid people all over you when you have fame and fun over here with your blogging gems!

A depressing flashback. He won rookie of the year right as I began to root for the Royals. I kept hoping he would come back around and be great. He clearly did not.
